Well we are back at it once again. Dustin enjoyed the brief time away doing some crabbing but is very excited about the start of Steelhead season. The Chetco is slow so Dustin hit the road and headed north to fish. It payed off and he's had 2 days so far of success.

We've about wrapped up Salmon season and are getting ready for Steelhead season. Steelhead fishing is one of Dustin's favorites and we will begin targeting them the end of December.
Right now Dustin has had the opportunity to do a little bit of crabbing working for Jim Day on a small boat not one of the giant boats that goes out for 3 days or more at a time. They leave in the morning and come back late at night. He is enjoying every minute of it. Not to worry he doesn't like it more than what he does. It just may be another endeavor he may decide to take on someday. What can I say he likes to work.

Well we are in full swing now. The Salmon fishing has been hot!
The Chetco opened up yesterday and was incredible. This year has been a lot of fun so far. Fish numbers have been good and we look forward to a lot more still to come.
